Logistics
With widespread coverage across the country, Med-Lake receives over 500 specimens through our courier services daily. Covering over 1600 miles a day, we employ four company couriers while also utilizing two courier services, SGI Logistics and On Time Courier Services. Our employees’ dedication to providing the best service ensures proper handling of specimens while delivering them to the lab in a timely manner to keep turnaround times precise. With the goal of providing superior service across the country, Med-Lake intends to continue expanding courier routes to impact the well-being of individuals in our rural communities.
Med-Lake’s custom LIS System makes ordering supplies easier than it has ever been. Current customers can access the portal and order all the supplies they need right from their office desktop. Once the logistics department receives the order, we will ship out your supplies to the address provided. The customer will receive an email update on shipping along with a tracking number for simple access to follow your shipment.
