Med-Lake prioritizes patient care in a variety of ways. One of our most established is our Financial Assistance Program that provides financial relief to those who are unable to meet their financial obligations to Med-Lake Labs. Med-Lake’s executive management team shall approve acceptable income levels and deduction percentages in accordance with the annual updates to the Federal Poverty Guidelines as published in the Federal Register. Those not eligible for either will be offered other discounts as appropriate, which may include prompt payment discounts and payment plans. Med-Lake will work diligently with your patients to ensure exceptional customer service to satisfy all patients.
